***Toyota Museum's 50th Anniversary Celebration*** (www.toyota50th.com) For all who don't already know, on Saturday, October 27th, 2007, there will be a Land Cruiser gathering at the Toyota Museum in Torrance, CA from 10 am to 5 pm to commemorate Toyota's 50th anniversary in the United States. There will be food, guest speakers from Toyota, local press and lots of Land Cruisers! Toyota America is asking that everyone who owns a Land Cruiser, and who is interested in attending, to show up with your rig to form the largest group of Land Cruisers ever assembled. Tell everyone you know who has a Toyota Land Cruiser, no matter which year or model, to make the trip to support the Land Cruiser community.
An RSVP is not needed for the event but if you are planning to attend please send Mark Watkins (dozertraxx@aim.com) an email ASAP to let him know that you are going and how many people are in your group.
Please contact Mark Watkins (dozertraxx@aim.com) or the Toyota Museum curator, Susan Sanborn (susan_sanborn@toyota.com), at (310) 468-4728 for more information. The address is: 2076 W. Artesia Blvd., Torrance, CA 90504. Museum Phone: (310)-329-5170
