Hello. I think we can increase participation on the forums if we update the forum. Below are some of my suggestions:
1. Update EVENTS - TORC and Other section to include: Toyotafest 2013 and 2014
2. EVENT Archive - add Toyotafest 2012, 2013, 2014
3. Car Models - allow members to create threads in each cars' main board. This will allow people to do things like post pictures, talk about their plans for the show, etc.

... it is not going to happen. I'm afraid TORC's a foregone conclusion. On indefinite hiatus attributable to any number of factors (e.g., TORC principals got old; Toyota-USA soon to relocate to Texas; miffed Toyota USA execs arm twisted them into opening the door for the Scion-Lexus-Prius people; newer model year Toyotas TORC people don't particularly like now eligible for inclusion) affected TORC leaderships' lack for enthusiasm, and subsequent migration to the JCCS: www.japaneseclassiccarshow.com/No one manufacturer holding sway at JCCS, TORC principals enjoy newfound insulation, anonymity, freedom, greater latitude. At JCCS, it doesn't matter whether you own a vintage Japanese vehicle. Structured obsequious to mainland Japanese culture, if you want in at JCCS, you'll have to be in with the in-crowd, up on all the cool lingo, the latest jargon, fancy figures of speech in contemporary mainland Japanese society. If you're not, boo-hoo-hoo, cry me a river, you won't be playing in their sandbox. And, they like it that way... Opportunity for leadership in the Toyota fraternity from TORC came and went, 10 years ago. Though profitable, though perhaps they'll keep administrating their annual All-Toyotafest, none of the Toyota clubs expect anything beyond that in the way of leadership, from TORC - Samuel.
