Hi all! I recently had my 1982 Corolla refinished and a new set of tires installed. I decided to invest in this vehicle as I am the original owner and it only has 46,000 miles and was never winter driven. The interior, however, has taken a beating due to the sun and untraviolet rays and many of the colored plastic trim pieces are very brittle and discolored. Does anyone know of any process to refurbish these interior pieces as finding good ones of this vintage would be a daunting task. I suppose I could try to cover them with some kind of interior fabric but with the shape not being flat this probably would not work real well. I would like to have the seats recovered but would not invest in this unless I could figure out a way to take care of the plastic pieces. Any insight into fixing this problem will be appreciated. Thanks again to all. Bill
