The engine is turning over pretty evenly instead of lumpily. That's a good sign the compression is relatively high and even on all 4 cylinders and that the motor should run good once you get the fuel and ignition system working well. Have you tried spraying starting fluid into the carburetor to see if the motor will attempt to run? Is the battery fully charged?
