Looking for the front inner grease seal, which goes onto the inner side of the hub covering the inner, larger bearing. I can't say that my truck had them when I took it apart. I really don't recall them and I've looked everywhere so I don't even have a sample to measure from.
Toyota PN: 43441-30020 (Retainer, steering knuckle grease)
I only get one google hit for a chinese page, and it doesn't look like a real source.
So the second question is, what if I just left this part out? Is my grease going to ooze out the inner hub? I don't recall my newer truck (the young 21 year old) having a seal here.

On my '74 Hilux with front drum brakes there is no disposable inner wheel bearing grease seal that is made out of metal and rubber like there is on the '75 on up Toyota pickups with front disc brakes.
Instead, the '74 Hilux has an all metal grease retainer that can be cleaned and reused over and over. I would guess the Stout has the same set up, but I'm not positive.
