My stout did not come with a few items that will be needed to reg. my stout, ie seat belts ,washer fluid sprayers, reverse lights.Just like to see what others have done. The seatbelts are easy, going to use 72 fj40 lap belts(also using a 72 fj40 interior light).Mostly wondering about the washer issue.

I have ever seen a picture of one installed. This is from the parts catalog. Usually the drawings are pretty close to actual. Unfortunately it stops at the tank assembly and not the location of the assembly. Hope this helps a little. I also e-mailed you a larger version.

Anyone know where I can score one of these washer switches.Going to use either a fj40 tank or a 4runner bag style for now.

I have a NOS switch, but not the collection of wires you have on the right. I was going to use just the "W" button which is broken on my dash. I ended up buying the entire assembly from Cabe. I bought it off eBay and will sell for what I paid for it which I think was $7.50

So the switch is the same but without the wires? Looks like more than just wires in there. Did the one you got from Cabe look the same? Any pics of the switch installed? Do you want to trade for the flange I have?
