Hi I have a Daihatsu Sirion I know not strictly a Toyota but as part of the Toyota family somebody might be able to help - there's so few of us otherwise, I don't know where else to ask. -
It has faulty electric locking on the passenger front and driver-rear doors, both work fine other than the locks do not engage or release with either the remote fob or drivers door locking button (the other two doors are fine). There is no sound from the ‘faulty’ electric door mechanisms, is it possible that there is a separate wiring loom or fuse that is at fault for these two doors and if so where might I track it down (can’t find anything in the main fuse board?). The car is so small this is not a major problem but it could be very easy to resolve. Look forward to hearing any reply, many thanks

Welcome to our Frorum. Your question / problem seems like it is something 'universal' in that it doesn't really matter what make or model, so perhaps someone here will be able to help. In the meantime I might suggest you head over to either the Japanese Nostalgic Car Forum, or over to the Old Japanese Car Forum where there are some Daihatsu enthusiasts. Good luck!
