I have a 1st generation Corona owners manual that says the intake / exhaust valve clearance for the 3R should be .008" / .014" HOT. It doesn't give any cold engine specs. BTW, I live near Placerville, Calif. I used to see a fellow around town driving a Stout, but not lately. I have a '74 Hilux truck and a '74 Celica.

For the 3R# engines, cold adjust numbers are 0.007" & 0.013".
We are on the road to TORC and will have a table somewhere near Cabe Toyota to talk to early Corona people (including the 3R#, 8RC & 18RC engines).
