Okay, I know of a 1977 Toyota Stout (not Lite-Stout like mine) that is for sale here in Adelaide. It hasn't been run for a few years so I would presume that the brakes and top end of the motor will need work at the very least. When last used it was running well apparently and it is assumed that all that may have happened in the years it has been sitting is a bit of moisture may have got around the top seals. The body of the truck is rust free aside from some surface rust. It is the original green that all Stouts sold in Australia were painted. As mentioned, it is the Stout, so it is quite a bit longer in the tub than a lite-stout and also has a longer wheel base and the bigger motor. The interior is not too bad, in fact better than mine. The drop down door for the tub is not on, but is still with the truck. If you are local and interested in this truck then please let me know. Here is a pic:

Just signed in on the forum and wondered if this Stout was still available? I had one that looked identical some years back and I am looking for another. Preferably with a tub not a tray. Up to $5,000.00 for the right one. I will travel to Adelaide or Sydney. I am based in Melbourne.

Mate I will try to chase this truck up for you. It may take me a while because I'm not too sure where it is now as I made this post over 4 months ago. Might pay you to PM me your name and phone number so that I can pass that info on if I can find the right person.
