Hi all, just wondering if anyone can help with factory Stout and/or Lite-Stout paint colours and codes. If anyone has documentation I would love to see a scan of it.

ohhhhh, that's a toughy! I'll check at work and see if we have any info. There is a small chance that Carlyn Dinkler might know - the Stout probably shared some of the same colors as the Corona from the same time.

Well, I went straight to the Archive Dept of Toyota Motor Sales to see what they had to say, and unfortunately their color code records only go back to about 1976. They even checked with their color & trim department, and they didn't have any info either.
I'm checking with another source hoping he will have some info, so as soon as I find out something, I'll post it here.

While we are waiting for some Stout color codes, I do have a paint chip chart from Dupont that covers Toyota 1966 - 70. The colors would have been available for any and all Toyota models from that time period. You can see the chart at my Yahoo Group via the links below: Page 1Page 2(links are not working, so just scroll down for a look at the charts) Those of you that have a Stout can look under the hood on the left side of the firewall, there might still be a label with the color code number on it - should be a three or four-digit number.

The links don't work for me sadly. I can get a page from the "Yahoo Group" link, but the other two don't work. I assume because I am not a member. No big deal. If it is easy to cut and paste into a post here that would be great, but if not that's cool too. Some time someone will post the paint codes. I'm in no hurry........ just want it ready for future reference.

Oops! my fault - forgot you had to be a member to see any files on the Group site. Of course, you could join.... ;D But, let me just post them here. Quality might be reduced...

I'm working on this... starting a fresh topic in this forum, though.
