So after roughly half-a-year of searching, I was finally able to find someone in CA with a Stout that WASN'T asking a ridiculous price! So I paid it without ANY haggling and this is what I brought home- It hasn't been started in 8 YEARS, so I'll have my work cut-out- Attachments:

Great job Justin. Good things come to those who wait. Enjoy!
Don't worry about it not being started in 8 years. You'll have it going in no time.

It hasn't been started in 8 YEARS, so I'll have my work cut-out- Yes, before even considering starting up the engine you may have to clean the fuel lines from the carburetor to the gas tank as well as the gas tank itself. Then you'll need to squirt a tablespoon or so amount of oil into each cylinder and also change the oil and pour the new oil all over the valvetrain with the valve cover removed. Then you should manually crank the engine using a ratchet on the crankshaft pulley to verify the motor still turns freely. Then without using starter fluid, crank the motor over for 15 seconds to build up oil pressure using the starter. Then shoot starting fluid into the carburetor and hope the motor still runs and doesn't have a severe valvetrain problem. Later after running the engine for awhile if it doesn't run smooth you'll have to check the cylinder compression to see whether or not the reason the former owner didn't drive it for 8 years was due to internal engine damage.

Yes, before even considering starting up the engine you may have to ... It's a Toyota, it'll start no problem ;D I think mine was sitting for at least a couple years. I had to solve a fuel flow problem which was caused by an dead aftermarket electric fuel pump. The gas tank was also empty. After a battery jump, it started right up. On the other hand I already had planned on an engine rebuild, so I figured I could only do so much damage. Probably should do what Hilux says... BTW, congrats!
