Hello All,
I am in desperate need of the brake drum specifications for the Stout. Specifically I need the maximum inside diameter or the minimum drum wall thickness. I need this to get a salvage title for my Stout. There is a special place in hell for insurance adjusters.
Thanks

According to the Toyota Lite-Stout, Stout repair manual chassis group, the Stout should have an ID of 290mm and a "Serviceable limit of inside diameter" of: 293mm. Lite Stout has a 230mm with upper limit of 232mm

So it seems that all four of my brake drums do not meet these specs. The size of my drums match the Lite-stout dimensions. Does anyone know where you can get new break drums or at least ones that are less than 232mm? My old Chilton Manual says that Corona drums from that year were the same size, does anyone know if the Corona drums will work on the Stout. According to the interchange list I have the 69 to 71 Hi Lux works, but they are much larger. I am open to any suggestions. Thanks

I know you all will be tickled that my Stout is back on the road. Special thanks to mnstout and Mike Bingham for your help.
