NICE! Where'd you find this? Is it a still or a video clip? A few seconds earlier & we'd know what kind of truck it was.

I'm pretty sure it is from a video clip. I think I remember seeing the clip years ago but at the time I didn't even know what a Stout was.
Anyhow I am pretty sure it is a Stout. I can't think of another truck from the era that had the same sort of profile, twin headlights.... AND..... the bonnet ridges. That's the giveaway I reckon. Also it is close enough to an original Stout colour I believe and the hubcaps look to be what a Stout had although many trucks of the era may have had similar. Bonnet Ridges are the best clue.
Edit: Actually now I have almost talked myself out of it. It doesn't seem to have the Stout body lines down the side. The Stout has almost a hip running the full length of the side due to the crazy indicator placement on top of the front fenders. How frustrating.
