TORC “Back to Old School” BBQ
We’d like to invite people to come out to a BBQ we are having. This is a chance for us to get back to our roots, so it’s for “old school” cars only – let’s go back 20 years & say, pre-1987 Toyota models only. Bring your old Toyota if you've got one. If you don't have an older Toyota, you are still welcome to come to look and mingle! It’s a chance to get together and just ‘hang out’! Bring the family!
!! >> We only ask one favor – if you plan on attending, with or without a car, PLEASE RSVP here on the Forum by next Thursday at the latest! That means please RSVP by Thursday, February 22 2007. Anyone showing up NOT on the RSVP list can't be guaranteed any eats! We've got to make sure the people that did RSVP get something to eat!
Here is the 411 on this event:
WHAT: TORC Old School BBQ
WHEN: Saturday, Feb 24th, 10am-2pm
WHERE: KEN MALLOY HARBOR REGIONAL PARK 25820 S. Vermont Avenue Harbor City, CA 90710 We will be at the south end of the park, where Normandie, Gaffey and Anaheim meet.
We have a permit to be there, and we ask everyone to obey all laws and use common sense! Click HERE for a bigger view of the map.

Concerning the first white Toyota with the ground effects spoiler kit (5TOV228). I'm looking for the same kind of kit for my '83 Tercel. My only concern is that my car is a 4 door, so there would have to be some modifications made to make it work with the back doors. Can anyone tell me where I could find a kit like that one for my car, and maybe who is qualified to make those mods in case the kit isn't 4 door specific? Thanks
