Hi,
I own a 1983 Supra with just over 40,000 miles. The AC does not work, the body is in pretty good shape. There is some fading from sun light on the mirrors and the spoiler.
The car has not been used much in the last few years, I am considering finally letting the car go. I have no idea of the potential value of the vehicle and was wondering if anybody could give me some rough estimates. The car is in Chicago (garage kept) if anyone is interested.
Thanks for any help.
Bruce

In a place like Chicago, I would think ANY surviving MkII Supra would be quite rare, and thus yours would be worth at least $6,000 if it has no rust, dents or interior damage. Try Craigslist (its free and in every major city) to advertise it online, and good luck!

Try and get hold of a copy of the JUNE 2006 #10 HEMMINGS SPORTS & EXOTIC CAR. There is a BUYER'S GUIDE to the 1982-'86 TOYOTA CELICA SUPRA. It might be of interest to you. You should be able to get it at any major bookstore for $3.99.
At the end of the article they list the CelicaSupra.com Web site as a good place to ask questions.
