The radiators used until about 05/67 were (latest part numbers given): For manual: 16400-40101 For automatic (and will work for manual as well) 16400-40111 The radiators used about 05/67 to 01/70 were: Manual 16400-49175 w/o factory air Automatic 16400-49165 w/o factory air The early radiators to about 05/67 were about 2-3" shorter than the 1968-70 radiators & did not have shrouds. I believe that the 1968-70 radiators may work but will not be completely original if you care. Also, if you used the later radiator, you probably would also have to change the cover under the front of the engine and radiator.
I never bought any new 1965-70 Coronas radiators or 1969-72 Corona Mark II radiators when they were available from Toyota & never knew of any aftermarket ones available for either, but I have a few new aftermarket radiators for the 1970-73 Corona in stock.
A friend is looking at the possibility of having the radiators for the 05/67 to 01/70 Coronas reproduced. When & if they are available, the information will be posted.
The solution right now is to have your old radiator recored if the tanks are usable, or I can see if I have a good used radiator with usable tanks that I can have recored. Figure about $400. Carlyn Dinkler cdinkler@bellsouth.net

If you are "Captain Restoration", then my idea won't work. If you just want to get your ride back on the road, keep reading- It's a *RADIATOR. Not a carb or transmission Go down to pick and pull and get one that's roughly the same dimensions, then just keep your eye on the temp gauge. I've ran a 70's datsun radiator in my '03 Tacoma when I smashed the Taco's radiator up in a 'bender. The datto rad was actually like 1/2 the size/capacity but during the 20+ mins I drove it NO noticeable problems came about (and it was literally tied to the grill). Hope that helps- *A radiator is a universal part

I am using an aftermarket aluminum radiator from a '65 Mustang with a 6 cyl motor. It has the right size hoses in the right locations, fits under the hood, looks great and really cools well. The radiator is thicker than stock and might not work with your stock fan. I am running a 22re with electric fan on the front side.
