I do not know of any substitutions for the 1965-67 or the 1968-70 (the sketch looks like the 1968-70 vintage) RT43/52 radiators. If your tanks are good, have it recored.
I have two 1965-67 radiators in stock that have been recored $440.00 each.
I was going to have more done but my radiator person disappeared & I have not looked for someone else to do some stock.

yeah, that's waaaay more money than I'm planning to spend. My local shop quoted me about $300 on a re-core, I'm looking at more like $180-$220 for a generic part... thanks for the tip though
edit: yea it's a '69

I installed an aftermarket aluminum radiator from a '65 Ford Mustang with a 6 cyl. It has the right inlet & outlet locations & sizes and fits under the hood. It is about 1" thicker than the original so you might have trouble using the stock fan.

I have a stock RT43 Radiator, core seems good but needs to be checked out, asking $75 thanks
