13TH ALL TOYOTAFEST CAR CLUB REGISTRATION
THANKS so much for the inquiries, please have those information for your car club registration. We appreciate your support for Toyotafest to make this event fun! Lets have a great time togethr at 13th Tfest!!
1- CAR CLUB LEADER needs to contact at events@toytaclub.org to receive a Car Club Registration Form in advance of any individual registration. Later request will not guarantee a car club registration/parking.
2- minimum of 10 cars to reserve a car club space just for your car club to park together. Please indicate the numbers of your members at the time of contact. 30 cars? just let us know.
3- Tent space of 10x10 will be included in your club booth area. If more than 10 cars it will be more space assigned accordingly.
4- Club leaders are required to participate as Toyotafest Volunteer Staff as they help in your own car club parking. Please attend at least one rep to a Toyotafest Kick-Off Meeting in April.
5- Parking location will be determined by TORC event staff.
