Ohmygod dude...... your family have some super cool cars. I wish I had a big garage. I can see some classic Detroit Iron in the background of one of those shots too. Wow. Definately jealous now. That Tiara on the left hand end with the whitewalls is too cool. I'd roll that for sure.

Andrew,
;D Thanks for sharing those photos with us! I think your family has the market cornered on Tiaras! For whatever reason, that is one of my favorite Toyota models ever sold in the States. I keep telling myself, one of these days I'm going to make it up there to visit and check out the Holmes collection!

I live a couple of hours North of you, in Issaquah. I used to own a '64 (that's what they sold it to me as) Toyopet Tiara. A long time ago. I can't for the life of me figure out what got into me to sell it. It's the one car that I miss the most (and I've owned a few good ones). It's a wonderful flashback looking at that instrument panel and that 3-on-the-tree. Would you mind if I made a pilgrimage down there sometime?

Hi, My name is John Ryan, I live in Queensland Australia and was surprised to see "Teressa's Tales Part 2." I also own a 1964 RT26 Toyota Tiara Wagon that I am in the process of restoring (not to much to do as it is in good condition). I have put hilux disk brakes and seat belts in. Because of the brake upgrade I have had to use hilux 14" x 5 1/2" rims (I also lowered the car 1 1/2"). I put Hollywood moon caps on in place of the originals and they look great and true to the era. It has white walls, sun visor and old style timber slat roof rack. I know this is a very old posting, and Rachel was talking of selling her wagon, but I'd be very interested in contacting Terresa Holmes and/or Rachael Lear, as I have not been able to find another wagon on the road in Australia and I am trying to set up a Tiara owners network. If the wagon has been sold I may be able to be put in contact with the new owner. I'll post some pictures of my wagon when I can get it out of the garage (parked in by other cars I am working on). Other cars I have owned include: 1969 RT51 Toyota Corona 1600S Coupe, 1966 RT56 Toyota Corona 5 door (fast back), 1967 RT46 Toyota Corona Pick-up and a 1966 Toyota Lite Stout.

I'll pass the word on. The Holmes family only owns sedans, sorry no wagon. Rachael was the only owner of a wagon to my knowledge. Contact Toyotageek as he keeps fairly good tabs on who owns what.
