I've just been given my Nanna's 1974 Coralla Wagon which is in mint condition and heard that they are in demand. Was wondering where the best place to advertise its sale on the net?

Nope, not in demand, not worth anything...... so best just to donate to Toyota enthusiast. As it happens I am a Toyota enthusiast. ;D
Hehe...... sorry couldn't help myself. Depends where you are of course and I'm guessing you are not in Australia so I am probably not much help. Might be worth sticking it on eBay or indeed posting a photo and price and location on here. You're already targeting Toyota lovers if you do it on here.

Hehe....... yeh I was gonna mention the incorrect spelling but then I didn't want to be rude.
Definately post up photos on here and as much info as you can give. For example how many kilometres the clock shows and any damage that is on the car, interior as well as exterior. Put up pics of interior as well if possible.
If you know what motor it has in it that would also help and if not maybe a photo of the engine bay. Also if it has current registration and MOT compliance if you have MOT in Melbourne. I think you have some sort of yearly test on cars over there.
As for eBay, keep in mind if you do put it on there that you lose $50 of the final sale price as a fee to eBay.
Also, once you have put more info up on here I can help spread the word about this car to people that may be interested as I have started a club here in Adelaide for classic car enthusiasts and have many contacts through that as well as different Forums I am on.
So......... we're just waiting for pics and info. ;D

Hmmm, finally have those photos of my car, but can't figure out how to upload them. Help? Okay, here's what to do....... You need to upload your photo's to a photo hosting site. I use www.photobucket.comIf you have not used a site like this before you need to join up, so hit "Join Now". Choose a username and password and follow the steps. Once you have your account you can upload your photo's. Once you have uploaded photo's you will see displayed next to each photo a few different links. These are links to that photo. So......... when you log on here........ you need to cut and paste the link that says "IMG Code" onto your post here. Then you can go crazy posting all the photo's of the 'Rolla. Hope this helps. Oh also, just hit the "Preview" button before the "Post Reply" button in order to ensure the photo's are displaying okay in your post. Sorry if any of this is obvious, but when I started on forums I needed all the help I could get. ;D

Well, somethings not right, that's for sure! Like Oz Stout, I host my photos on Photobucket.comYou do have to register to use the site, and if you have a free account you only get a limited amount of bandwidth. I recommend a paid account. Photobucket is easy to use. 1. just upload your photos 2. once uploaded, your pix will be in a gallery where you can copy the URL code from below each pic. 3. paste the URL code into you post on this or any forum. Some recommendations: 1. when uploading your pix you can select to 'size' to be uploaded to the gallery. I recommend using image size 640 x 480 - that is an ideal size for message boards and fits easily on the screen. You can select the size for uploading by clicking the option link on the upload screen. 2. A) when you are ready to post pix to the forum, you should log into the TORC forum and start your post. B) Open a new window to Photobucket and log into your account. Go to the Gallery where you pix are. Find the pix you want to display on your Forum message. Now below each pic you will see 4 different lines of URL codes, the one you want to use is labeled IMG Code - (the code should begin and end with ... with a http:// web address in between). Copy that code. C) now go back to your Forum message and paste the copied code into your message. To see if it worked, PREVIEW your message before posting it. That's about it. It's pretty easy once you get the first one done. Hope this helps. Good luck!
