Hi everyone,
I own a white '89 Toyota Corolla SR5, 149k miles, that I have lovingly kept in superb condition. It looks great and runs like a new car (seemingly better than some of the newish cars I've driven) and I really enjoy driving it. It's a California car with no rust and no apparent mechanical or body deterioration over the years. During the next year I may need to relocate for work and may be unable to take the car with me. I wanted to ask the experts here if there's any collector demand/value for AE92 SR5s? I'm asking not so much for the money aspect (am aware it's not worth much), but because the car is rare and in incredible condition and I'd love if the next owner can take care of it as I have. The car's in too great shape for someone to just use it as a commuter car and run it into the ground. If I had the time and space I'd keep it forever, but since I don't, maybe someone out there would be interested in the car and could continue to lovingly take care of it if I'm unable to in the future.
