I have a 85 Celica Convertible. When putting the top down, I got a "gurgle" out out of right rear wheel well. After removing the interior on that side, I have a broken hydraulic line to the convertible pump system. All of the tubing is so brittle that I am planning to replace all of it, but would like "hints" or guidance by anyone else that has taken on the same project. Also not sure I am using the right hydraulic line material or attach fittings.
I am fairly mechanical and do all repairs on this car, but this is a little out of the ordinary.
I have purchased 1/4 nylon line and plan on using Watts Ander-Lign Compression fittings, and attaching the system on my own.
Thanks for any help. (okferndog@cox.net)
