Well after having night mare over these cars that they may have to go to the crusher I decided after talking with my wife that I would buy all three of them and to have them stored in Sacramento until I have our new place / shop build for me to bring all of them home. I am too much of keeping these cars alive as they are getting to be rare and soon collectable.

Frenchy, sounds like they are Phil Vener's cars (I live near Sacramento and by random chance a couple years ago saw Phil's 1968 Crown at a local dealership getting serviced) . If Phil had put these cars up for sale on Craigslist or Ebay they would have sold in a flash for probably more money that you paid. Anyway, good to hear they are not going to the crusher.

Hi Paul
Nice to hear from you. I think I found a place where I can park these cars for a while anyways I just did not want to see them crushed ,someday everybody will be saying I should of bought them. Also I was looking to see if Wes Kilmer 1960 Toyopet was still around last I was told is that he had a fire near his farm and that the Toyopet burned down. I would like to find out more about it. Paul keep in touch
Thanks Frenchy

Frenchy, glad to hear you were able to rescue these three cars. Please upload some pictures of the '59 to the Toyopet Crown Group if you get a chance.
